Welcome to Maison de Ghazal. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maison de Ghazal. Maison de Ghazal operates this website and related services (the “Services”) to provide a bridal gown hire experience. Maison de Ghazal is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – SERVICES & GOWN AVAILABILITY

Maison de Ghazal provides bridal gown hire services, including early booking registrations, fitting appointments, and gown rentals. Gown availability is limited and subject to change at any time.

SECTION 3 – EARLY BOOKING REGISTRATIONS

We may offer early booking registration options prior to our official store opening. A registration fee secures priority access to book a fitting appointment and does not constitute a confirmed appointment or rental agreement. Registration fees are governed by our Refund Policy. 

SECTION 4 – APPOINTMENTS & RENTALS

Fitting appointments and gown rentals are confirmed only once expressly accepted by Maison de Ghazal. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary, including due to availability, gown condition, or operational requirements.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full in accordance with the terms presented at checkout. Registration fees may be deducted from final rental payments as outlined in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & SUBSTITUTIONS

Due to the nature of gown hire, cancellations, changes, or substitutions are subject to availability and our Refund Policy. In rare circumstances, we may substitute a gown of equal value and style where necessary.

SECTION 7 – CARE, DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Clients are responsible for the reasonable care of hired gowns. Loss, excessive damage, or staining beyond normal wear may result in additional charges. Maison de Ghazal is not responsible for damage caused by third parties, venues, or events beyond our control.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website is the property of Maison de Ghazal or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SHOPIFY
Maison de Ghazal is powered by Shopify. Any transactions are solely between you and Maison de Ghazal. Shopify bears no responsibility for sales, services, or disputes.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison de Ghazal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
