Refund policy

Maison de Ghazal is a bridal gown hire atelier. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy differs from standard retail purchases. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and booking registrations are handled. 

 

Booking Fee (£20) 

• The £20 booking fee is fully deductible from your final gown rental
• The fee is transferable to another available gown or appointment time upon request

This booking does not yet constitute a confirmed rental agreement. 

Confirmed Fitting Appointments

Once a fitting appointment has been confirmed, the £20 registration fee becomes non-refundable but remains deductible from your final rental. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gown Rental Payments

Rental payments are refundable only in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking.

Due to the bespoke nature of gown hire, once a gown has been reserved for specific dates, cleaned, altered, or prepared for a client, refunds may not be possible.

Cancellations by Maison de Ghazal

In the unlikely event that Maison de Ghazal must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including gown damage or availability issues), alternative arrangements will be offered, or all payments made will be refunded in full. 

Exchanges & Transfers

Where possible, Maison de Ghazal may offer the option to transfer a booking to another available gown or date, subject to availability.
