Shipping policy

Maison de Ghazal is a bridal gown hire atelier. Gowns are delivered and collected exclusively by Maison de Ghazal or its authorised representatives unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and collection are arranged as part of a confirmed rental booking and are subject to location, availability, and scheduling. Specific delivery details, including dates and time windows, will be confirmed with the client prior to the rental period.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Maison de Ghazal is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, access restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk and responsibility for the gown pass to the client once the gown has been delivered or handed over and remain with the client until the gown is safely returned to Maison de Ghazal.

If delivery or collection becomes impractical or unsafe due to circumstances beyond our control, Maison de Ghazal reserves the right to reschedule or make alternative arrangements.
